PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Session Length: All sessions are 60 minutes.
  • Fitness Assessments: Included with all training packages at the beginning of your program and generally repeated every 8–12 weeks, depending on your training schedule and progress.
  • Nutrition Coaching: Clients may choose to use sessions from their training package for personalized Nutrition Coaching sessions instead of Personal Training sessions.
  • In-Home Sessions: We come to your home, condominium gym, or preferred training facility.
  • In-Studio Sessions: Conducted at the Trainer’s condominium fitness facility in downtown Toronto. Full details provided upon booking.
  • Important: Single sessions are designed as stand-alone workouts and do not include a customized training program, ongoing coaching, or personalized workout plans.
